We have a two-room sublet (for one person only-sorry) with shared bathroom and kitchen opening Feb. 1st. We are in the Inner Richmond (one block from Mountain Lake Park in the Presidio and on block from Clement St shopping and restaurants). You will have whole back half of flat. We have the front half. Both rooms are $1200 a month - utilities separate.
We are a young working family: Mom, Dad, 1 year old baby and a cat.
We are looking for someone responsible, clean and tidy, works full time out of house, no drugs or heavy drinking, okay sharing space with a child, safe and dependable.
