Hi! Looking for a roommate to move in May 1st.

Space: 1500+ SQ feet top floor Apartment in 3 unit / 3 story home. Washer/dryer. 1 roommate, 2 BR. Lots of light, big kitchen, gas range, extra room used for yoga and workouts, wood floors throughout, our landlords grew up in this home!

$1800 /month + Utilities

Cooking from food from Clement farmers market, always music playing, endless zooms (work from home, community work, book club family), Tuesday night Yoga with Nat Kendall (iykyk), biking out to the park/beach/hawk hill, skateboarding/longboarding to visit our friend the Cal Academy t-rex, mezcal and mushrooms tuesday taco night, weekends away snowboarding/camping, week or two long trips to make the most of working remote, excited for shows to be rescheduled, down to share a cable sub for football season

I'm a guy in my late 20's from Florida and in the Bay area for 6 years. Single and dating and community building. Looking for a thoughtful and fun roommate to replace my friend who somehow managed to find a $500 room in his friend's house. May 1 move in preferred.
