-- One large bedroom available in a spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartment in the Inner Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco (4th Avenue & Clement St), $1450/month + Utilities (around $100/month), available as soon as July 1st. --
We are looking to fill the third room of our apartment that is opening in July. We’ve created a very cozy, welcoming, clean, and supportive environment here and are hoping to find someone that can be a good fit. We love this apartment so much and want to find someone that cares for it as much as we have. We are looking for a female and non-smoker roommate who is kind, communicative, tidy, and responsible with rent and utility payments! Commitment is a minimum of one year and then the lease becomes month-to-month.
ABOUT THE PLACE: The private room you would be renting will be unfurnished, is about the same size as the Master bedroom (17' by 12'), has a large reach-in closet with full-length sliding mirrors, and the room has a large window that faces the rear patio/backyard. The main apartment amenities include heater in your room with personal thermostat, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, a working fireplace, and a spacious backyard / patio. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate (Le).
LOCATION: One of the things we love the most about this apartment is its location – we are in the heart of the very quaint, safe, and vibrant Inner Richmond neighborhood, just a few steps away from the shops and restaurants of Clement Street (such as the famous Arsicault Bakery and Michelin-rated Burma Superstar). Every Sunday Clement Street has its popular local farmer’s market. We are also walking distance from both the Presidio (5-10 min walk) and Golden Gate parks (10-15 min walk)! It is a very family-oriented neighborhood that is close to everything San Francisco has to offer.
ABOUT US: We are both full-time working professionals (Kami is an architect/designer and Le is a data analyst for a tech start-up), and we both have a hybrid WFH/in-office work schedule.
