Small Room Across from Heart of Gold Gate Park

I am a 44 year-old male professional renting the second bedroom in my two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment for $1,080.00/mo. + utilities & maintenance costs (cleaning supplies etc.) to a respectful, responsible, and covid-careful person who is looking for a long-term stay (but on a month-to-month basis) and capable of paying all rent/utilities/costs on time every month. I have a small dog who most people adore.

This place is a bargain in a great location and is also rent-controlled. Your bedroom is small (about 11'x7') but it has high ceilings, 2 big closets, and the rest of the apartment is spacious and it's all in a fantastic location right across from the new car-free promenade in Golden Gate Park and conveniently located near many awesome and essential things (15 minute or less walk to great park attractions, top restaurants, groceries & other shops, bars, cafes, concerts, laundry, transportation, very close to USF, UCSF, SF State). As long as you don't need/want a huge bedroom you are getting a real bargain for a nice place in a great location.
