About us:
Three adults: 1-30s and 2-early 40s

We are all drama-free and low-key. You can't get any more laid-back than this group. We rarely see each other since all of our schedules are pretty random and erratic. When we are home, we're usually in our rooms.

Our ideal person would be someone who's looking to just come home to quiet house and chill. NO house parties. NO druggies. NO overnight guests. If you like to study/read books and/or just like to chill, then continue to read. No house guest living in the living room. Just come home to relax and decompress.

Utilities?
About $70-$95/month (gas, electricity, water, and internet) depending on the month

I don't cook:
There's no need to cook as there's plenty of food choices to fit your fancy: sushi, thai, vietnamese, italian, burmese, ramen, pizza, hot pot, korean bbq, texas bbq, dim sum, etc.

But I like to cook. How much counter space is there?
Kitchen is small. See pics. It's not for an Iron Chef.

Laundry?:
Laundromat in every direction and too many to list.

Cable?:
Nope! Just wifi!

Parking?:
NO parking. However, you can apply for a residential permit and can usually find parking within a two block radius.

Public transportation?:
1-California, 1BX- Express, 38-Geary, 38R-Rapid, 44-O'Shagnaussy, 33-Potrero, 28-19th Avenue, are all within blocks.

Pets?
NO pets are allowed

What about my wife/husband/partner/children?
Sorry. This is for ONE person only. I REPEAT.....ONE SINGLE PERSON! No P/T significant other or 5th roommate over.

Do you guys hang out?
We pretty much live independent lives, have our own sets of friends and basically come home and sleep.
