Hello! I have a charming room available for rent in a large Victorian-style house in the beautiful Inner Richmond neighborhood. You’ll be sharing the house with another female. I'm super laid back, I like a clean place but definitely not compulsive, I love a good book, and love to binge a good series. I love to cook, hike, practice yoga, and make my way up north in the summer to swim.

- Location: The house is situated in a very nice neighborhood, just 3 blocks from Golden Gate Park.
- Rent: The total rent is $1200 per month, which includes everything - high-speed internet, and electricity, plus $500 dollar deposit.
- Duration: Looking for a responsible female tenant to stay for at least 6 months
