I've been living in the apartment since 2014. My current roommates are moving out - one to relocate to Boston for work and the other to Oakland as a homeowner. Looking for at least one person to share the house with.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit located at 7th and Irving. It is just a few blocks from UCSF and the shops/restaurants at 9th & Irving. The N-Judah stops at the corner, making transportation to downtown easy.
I'm a low key person - I don't bring the party home. Friends occasionally comes over on weekends (we enjoy watching Game of Thrones together during the season, for example). When I'm not traveling, I'm usually relaxing at home with a book or out exploring the coffee shops of San Francisco.
