We currently are looking for new housemates to fill the 5 fully furnished rooms at our newest Vybe Living property in Inner Sunset. Our newly remodeled home has 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and is beautifully furnished and decorated with everything but your towels! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and there is a huge backyard with a climbing wall and spectacular views. We are a 5-minute walk from Roxie Market & Deli and within a 10-minute walk from tons of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars on Irving St, and a 20-minute walk from the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. Conveniently reach the Financial District is roughly 30-minutes via the 9th Ave & Noriega St (6 Line) or Judah St & 12th Ave (N Line).

Furnished Rooms Available For October 1 Move-in Date:
Room 1: $2,100 (Queen Bed, Dresser, Chair)
Room 2: $1,800 (Full Bed, Side Table)
Room 3: $2,300 (Queen Bed, Chair, Side Table) and Private Bathroom Ensuite
Room 4: $2,300 (Queen Bed, Chair, Side Table) and 2 large closets
Room 6: $2,900 (Queen Bed, Dresser, Coffee Table, Chair, Side Table) and Private Bathroom Ensuite and Stellar Views

The rent listed includes the following:
- All furniture costs for the house
- All utilities (Electricity & Gas, Water, Internet, Cable, Trash)
- Bi-weekly house cleaning
- House necessities like paper towels, soap, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent
- Basic food staples like bread and milk and a healthy dose of house snacks
- One house meal per month
- Access to monthly Vybe Living events (i. e. picnics, karaoke, Giants Game tickets!)
