Seeking a friendly, easy-going, communicative, positive, non-smoking, responsible person, with stable work history wanting to create and be a part of a happy home to share with two other room mates and a cat. Being pet friendly is a must and so is paying the rent on time. The ideal candidate would currently be living in SF with a stable job.

Not looking for: an excessive partyer, more pets, drugs, couples, room dwellers, or frequent overnight guests.

ROOM DETAILS- 14'x13' large quiet room in back of the house, walk-in closet, two windows that lets in good morning light from the backyard- unfurnished.

Large three bedroom Edwardian house with a lot of original detail, shared cozy living room and large dining room, lots of communal space, 1 1/2 bathrooms, flat screen TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher. The kitchen is smallish but functional. Large back yard with deck, a bbq and patio furniture. The house is over 100 yrs old and has a few charming quirks, if you're looking for a new building or a chef's kitchen this might not be the place for you. Unfortunately, there is only street parking, no parking on the driveway.

We are into music, going to see live bands, cycling, making things, art, dive bars, walks in the neighborhood. Friendly, creative, laid back, and used to living with others in shared housing. Seeking someone like minded willing to contribute to making it a home. Good communication skills is also a must.
