- Approx 11x12 feet, bay windows, medium closet with shelving, and 2 wall lights (please note the pictures are dated so there aren't any shelves, or curtains/curtain fixtures, and the room is currently being painted a greenish/blueish grey)
- Rent includes water: $785/month + $800 deposit + utilities via Venmo
? Month to month rental agreement (6 months to 1 year+ preferred)
? Split utilities (approx. $100/month/person) tracked via Splitwise: includes PG&E, Sonic internet, Recology trash/recycling/compost, and miscellaneous shared household items.
- Best suited for a single individual. Small caged pets are negotiable.

We?re a group of 4 professional womxn in our 30?s to 40?s looking for a 5th roommate. We enjoy each other?s company but lead independent lives. We?re respectful of the common spaces and each other?s privacy. We?ve created a relaxed and quiet environment and hope to maintain it.

- Friendly!
- Responsible and mature. Takes ownership of individual responsibilities (regarding bills, household chores/cleanliness, proper trash disposal, etc.). Is proactive, responsive, and reasonable with shared responsibilities if/when others are busy.
- Committed to maintaining a tranquil and respectful living space. Be supportive of the LGBTQ+ community.
- Bonus if you?re interested in making a chore wheel or have done it before. Having least 12 months of experience living in 3+ person housing will also help with fit.
