Cozy and sunny home near GG park

Hello, I have a spare bedroom available for rent. $1500 + utilities: internet+gas+electricity, which is about $100-$150 per person. About myself. I am a single professional female. I am laidback and outgoing. Pre-covid my lifestyle revolves around work and socializing with close-knit friends with food and wine. No drama. I don't often have friends over. I keep my home clean and fairly organized and do not leave dishes in sink. An ideal person would be a professional or grad students who is mature, clean and laidback who I can hang out with from time to time.

About the space. My home is a large 1565 sf 3 BR/2 BA condo near UCSF with separate living and dining room, fireplace and gorgeous view of Sutro Tower. Walking distance to Golden park, plenty of restaurants, shops nearby and great public transportation access (Muni N line is one). The bedroom available is 15x11 sf with a large walk-in closet and carpeted. It is furnished with a full-size bed. I also have an office/exercise room with elliptical machine and some exercise equipments that you are more than welcome to use as well. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipments, pots and pans. The living room is furnished with big screen TV and Amazon TV stick with Netflix and Viki subscriptions (included in rent). Pretty much all you need to do is move in. You do have to be okay with dog. I have a 13-year old beagle. I don't mind if you are a smoker but outside only please. The building is a non-smoking building.
