We have a private room (shared bathroom with one other person) in our four bedroom house available in the inner sunset. The room is available now. Rent is $1170/month and utilities are typically $80-90/month. The furniture in the room is available for purchase as well. We'll be signing a quarterly (3-month) lease and the landlord will need a credit report from you. The landlord requires that you are a woman associated with UCSF.
