A bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom, first-floor Edwardian flat is opening up. The apartment has a beautiful, light-filled living room, a large kitchen, in-unit laundry, a split bath/toilet, and a BACKYARD!!
Location: Our home is a 10-minute walk from UCSF Parnassus, one block from Golden Gate Park, and just a block away from great restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. It is also a stone’s throw from the Sunday farmer’s market, and if you need to get downtown, hop on the Muni N line that picks up just around the corner.
Street parking is fairly easy by San Francisco standards, with residential parking permits available via the city.
Lease Logistics: Rent is $1550.00 plus PGE, internet, and water. The deposit is $2k. We have a month-to-month lease, though we are seeking a roommate who plans to stay.
Your new housemates:
A- UCSF nursing grad student who loves surfing, music, thrifting, and sunshine. She’s finishing her degree at UCSF, so she spends significant time visiting patients & attending to coursework. A just turned 30.
J- dance instructor and performer, dog walker, arts and music focused. She is community-minded, a world traveler, queer, and loves subculture. J appreciates humor, warmth, and communication. She also works a lot, and cares about being a good roommate. J is a youthful 53 years.
Rita- J’s sweet little canine companion. She is new to us and adjusting to her new home and life.
You- clean, respectful, a good communicator, have lived in community before, and are interested in contributing to the space and making it a home! Couples will be better suited to another space.
