Sublease in Lone Mountain 3br (~mid April-July 31)

Hey everyone!
I'm looking for someone to sublease my room in a Lone Mountain 3 bedroom apartment from ~mid April through July 31st.

The room: the room is large and filled with light through two big East-facing windows.
It has a spacious walk-in closet with a lot of hanging and shelf storage space.
The room easily fits a queen size bed, desk, love seat, sofa chair, and two bookshelves.

Details: The lease runs through July 31st but you'd just zelle or Venmo me monthly. $2165/month which includes water and wifi. $1500 security deposit.

Roommates: You'd be sharing the space with two friendly, creative, clean, and communicative women. They are USF law students in their mid 20s. They are considerate and thoughtful roommates and awesome people overall.

Apartment features: There’s a large back deck with a gas fire pit and really beautiful views of the city. Our kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all the appliances you’d need. There is an in-unit washer & dryer. You’d share a bathroom with one of the roommates.

Move in: The room will be available for move in April 15th or soon after with pro-rated rent for the rest of April. The room can come partially furnished for an extra charge. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
