Located on Haight Street with amazing access to parks, public transit, shops, bars and restaurants. Apartment faces yards (not street), yard access, lots of greenery surrounding apartment. Common spaces include kitchen, dining room, guest room/office and additional loft room.

I am in my 30's, a public school teacher who is currently working from home. I have 2 adorable kittens, but no more pets are allowed, sorry :(
I like to listen to music (with headphones to be respectful), bake, and explore the city on foot. I am a vegetarian, but all foods are allowed. The ideal flatmate likes to keep the apartment clean, is respectful and communicative about what they need, and likes their home to be a calm and restful environment.

The room is about 75 sqft, has charming details, and closet. There is additional storage space elsewhere in the apartment.

The apartment is rent controlled, and utilities included in rent price. Credit report and background check required. Room is available now, and open to move in between now and Jan 1st.
