Hi potential roommate!
I have a room available to rent starting January 1st. The apartment is located just minutes away from Union Square and within easy walking distance to all public transit. The building has onsite laundry. My apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a nice large bathroom with a tub shower. Original hardwood floors throughout and a full sized window compliment your room with nice natural light.

I'm a young professional female in my late 20's who likes a calm relaxed home. In my spare time I enjoy seeing live music, going to soccer games, outrigger paddling and hanging out with friends. I like to have a good time but I don't like to bring the party home and I expect my roommate to do the same. I am only looking for one roommate, no couples. No drug use please.

Rent includes all utilities, wifi, and basic cable.
