This is a bedroom within a two bedroom apartment (929 square ft) with two bathrooms. This apartment is part of the AVA Nob Hill complex. Located in San Francisco’s Nob Hill, this unit is clean, currently unfurnished, and located in an apartment complex that organizes community experiences.

Move-in date is flexible, but my lease starts December 2nd, so ideally sometime around then. This is a 13 month lease.

At some point in June or July, my girlfriend will move into my bedroom, and the rent will be split 3-ways for the remaining 6-7 months (making the overall rent much cheaper!)

I’m a recent college graduate from DC. I have just started a job in Public Relations in Sausalito, but will occasionally be working from home. I love the outdoors and just returned to the states after volunteering in Portugal and Norway. This past summer, I led a bike touring trip across the United States. I love biking, hiking, traveling, and photography. I am an outgoing introvert who’s always up for an adventure, but am also happy chilling and playing video games with friends.

My girlfriend is currently working as a wilderness educator at a semester boarding school in North Carolina, but will be moving to San Fran shortly after she finishes her job this summer.
