I am renting a room in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The building is conveniently located near
restaurants, Lafayette Park, bars, gyms and more!

About me: I am a 34-year-old male living in SF for 3 years. I am laid back and like to keep myself active (running, cycling, Soccer). I keep the apartment clean and quiet, but your guests are welcome. I work full time in tech and travel frequently, so I am often away from the apartment.
We will share all common areas of the apartment (kitchen/living room). Ideally looking for someone easy going who will keep the place clean and tidy. The minimum lease is for 6 months and the apartment is available April 1st!.

Additional Information:
- You will have your own bathroom
- Washer/Dryer combo available in unit, and laundromat 1 block away
- Wifi and other utility bills are included in the price of your rent
- Secure Building entrance for package delivery
- Secure elevator in building; requires a code for use
- Rooftop access with chairs. Great for lounging, working, or an outdoor workout
