No parking. 4 unit building, 1 other unit on our floor - no one above or below. Two unfurnished bedrooms with shared bathroom available for temporary sublet.
About rooms: has large closet, would share a bathroom with one other tenant. Room fits queen size bed, night stands and dresser/desk. It is unfurnished. Has overhead lighting with dimmer. Massive windows (double-pane so no street noise) with views all the way to Twin Peaks!

Friend is moving here from NYC, we found this apartment and fell in love but she can't move here until August - so we need a temporary sublet from 5/1-8/1 (3 months). About me: Female in early 30s. Work in architecture, normal hours (9-5), sometimes work from home, and a good amount of travel. I have long work days and then usually work out and catch up with friends out. When I'm home I typically like to cook, watch tv and relax. I'm clean, organized and respectful.
