About me: I'm a 29 yr old professional working in tech. My schedule over the week is typically 9 to 6, and I spend my evenings working out or playing tennis. Occasionally like to meet friends for dinner and wine. I'm quite outdoorsy, and travel a fair amount. I don't cook a lot except the occasional breakfast. Clean, respectful and will not bring the party back home. Will have occasional friends or guests visiting.
About you: Professional, mid to late 20's or early 30's. Would be great to hang out occasionally, but also don't mind if you want privacy. Must be clean (especially in the common areas) and respectful. Prefer to keep things quite on the weekdays!
Your rent will be $2400 per month plus utilities (approx $100 per person)
Move in date: June 26th, 2018. Prefer a long-term lease but can also be flexible on lease terms
