Looking for an Amazing Roommate

Hi everyone,

Here I am looking for a roommate for my divided 1 br apartment. This is a pretty big 1br apartment, hence I have separated the portion of the living room and turned it into another bedroom. I am sure pictures will help you to understand how it looks now.

The room will come as in the pictures, exactly the same. I have housekeeping every Tuesday cleaning the entire apartment.

2-5 min walk to gym, groceries, restaurants, jazz clubs and theaters:

Quiet community with on-site barbecue areas, private dog park. Across the street are 3 groceries - Safeway, a korean and indian market plus Saturday farmer's market. Fitness SF, Starbucks, Boba Guys, State Bird Provision are downstairs. Centrally located by jazz clubs, restaurants, bars, the Fillmore Theatre (1 block away), AMC movie theatre and Japantown (2 blocks away).

You and I will be sharing a bathroom with a bath tub.

I leave home very early every morning and come back very late at night. I am almost never home thats why you will have a lot of your own space.

I dont use kitchen much, I dont cook. I just use the kitchen to cut fruits or make a tea, thats pretty much it. Id prefer someone with light cooking as well.

I only ask $600 deposit.
A long term contract is not needed.
We can do from month to month to a year lease, its up to you.
I sure will need a notice of 30days prior to move out.
