This is a real San Francisco home to share. Our bohemian home is a one-of-a-kind place to live a colorful San Francisco experience. It's an artistically painted 1878 victorian flat with lots of plants.

We are two kind and outstanding guys with zoe meatloaf, our calico cat, looking for a third easy- going guy to share our super-mellow home. Got to have a good sense of humor and an open mind. We especially like techies, engineers, students, artist and gardeners. We are friendly, beer and wine that's about it. We lead independent lives and still manage get together for dinner, intelligent conversations and relax with a glass of wine.

There are many many perks:

It's a large 11'x11' sunny room. It has 11' ceilings, a marble fireplace, oakwood floors with a large armoire.

The kitchen has a side by side frig, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, dishes and other fun things.

Washer and dryer in the basement (no coins) Very convenient and no weekend laundromat spin cycle!

All of the utilities is included in the rent.

Our housecleaner, cleans the kitchen, the floors, the bathroom and your room, it's included in the rent.

Our home has sunny, garden deck in the back with lots of plants.

Very walkable to Trader Joe's, Target, Japantown, The Fillmore, Safeway, restaurants, coffee shops, all within a three block radius walk.

All the major MUNI lines, 38 Geary, 24 Divisadero, 43 masonic, 1 Sutter and the mysterious X bus to the FiDi center. Good street parking for your car with a "G" sticker.

A bike share rack and a zipcar station is a half a block away.
