Spacious 1BR Sublease In 3BR Home

We are looking for a new housemate for our Marina / Cow Hollow home for March 1st , or earlier. Rent is $1,850 per month plus utilities/cleaning which averages ~$60-75/mo and we'll need first/last month plus security deposit ($833) upon moving in. The home itself is fairly large (~1,200 sq ft) and is a 3 BR, 1.5 bath, with a recently remodeled kitchen (dishwasher included), large living/media room, and patio. The room (12 x 13) will be unfurnished, but the rest of the home is fully furnished and VERY comfortable. Inside the bedroom is a cozy fireplace. We're located in between Union and Chestnut, very close to all of the Marina bars/restaurants and we also have an IN-UNIT WASHER and DRYER (on the patio) plus a BBQ. The home gets cleaned regularly every Friday as we do lots of cooking during the week. Fort Mason is just a stones throw from the house with great running and walking trails all around us. Golden Gate bridge is a 10min bike ride from our location! Sublease term is minimum 6-months, but we are looking for a long-term fit. Feel free to call/text me (A. J.)
