Hey guys! Looking to find a subleaser to take over a room in a 2 bed 1 bath Marina apartment starting Dec 1! The apartment is a walk-up on Fillmore, located in between Chestnut street and the Marina Green. Great location as we are walking distance to many bars, gyms, restaurants and Fort Mason!

About the room:
- Available Dec 1 (there is some flexibility on start date)
- Bedroom is large enough to fit a queen size bed, dresser and bookcase in it (pictures from when we first saw the unit and how it looks now)
- $2,050 per month plus utilities (Internet/Electricity - normally $40-50 per month)
- $500 security deposit
- Apartment has a large living room, kitchen, and plenty of storage space. Outside of the room you would move into ? the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
- We have one parking spot in a closed garage (which I do not use)

About me:
- UVA, class of 2016
- Work in finance
- Travel once every month or two
- Fairly busy during the week, but like to be social/active on the weekends
- Like to go on hikes, play basketball, ski and try new restaurants in the city
