Yours is the second room in a three bedroom one bath flat/apartment. It has an extra hall way space, two large windows, a built in closet, and is furnished with bed, large modern glass corner desk(not the desk in the photo, it is much nicer), a book case, and a mid century modern dresser with matching night stand.

Room includes shared common areas including the kitchen, living room, a washing machine, dryer, and backyard. There is a view from the window where you can see the ocean and enjoy the sunsets, making the room feel extremely large and open.

The location is great, a bit removed from the chaos of the city but still within reach of the good things it has to offer including public transportation, food, shopping, schools and is close to SFSU.

About us: We are a small mellow artsy household of two. We are nice considerate clean roommates, very easy going and not partiers.. One is a traveling mother going to school with a child away at college. The other is working on a bachelor's degree. We have a small dog. This is a mellow household with little to no drinking partying at home etc..

I am looking for someone who likes the environment of my place, who doesn’t mind cleaning up after themselves(dishes etc.), and is okay sheltering in place with little to no guests while social distancing themselves from parties or groups to avoid exposing our home and roommates during this unusual time.
