Large room studio with private bathroom/no shower

Available now ;-) a Large private room with a private entrance and a sink & toilet room. The room's location is privately downstairs with three big windows that look upon a lush, overgrown backyard, and there is an additional private entrance. The large cabin style room (12' x 23') is semi-furnished with a comfortable single bed, couch, table, and a small TV on the wall. The room can be rearranged and edit existing furniture to your liking. There is additional space at the entry to the large room that can be decorated and used to your taste.

Our home is lived-in, clean, nicely decorated, and we want to share it with you!

On the main floor of the house, there are two bedrooms, we all share the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast room, bathroom with shower, and an atrium in the center of the house?lots of light. Two of us live here, both women in our 40's, creative entrepreneurs, and two well-behaved cats. We are not a couple but have been good friends for years. Our last roommate just moved back to Brazil. We enjoy an environmentally conscious home.

Our house is located in the Miraloma Park @ Portola, close to Glen Park Bart Station, Forest Hill Muni Station and bus lines # 36, #44, # 49, # 52, and near Twin Peaks.

A side note to either pro or enthusiast landscapers gardeners, the garden area has not been maintained in many years and could use an inspiring overhaul and a green thumb touch. If you are up for the challenge/project, it's a green light to go for it!
