I am currently looking for a roommate to take over the other bedroom in a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment in Avalon. The apartment is a corner unit on the 11th floor with floor to ceilings windows and views of the Mission Channel and downtown San Francisco. The apartment building has plenty of amenities such as multiple gyms, lounge rooms, indoor/ outdoor games, rock-climbing, large courtyard with BBQ grills, and firepits.

The apartment is within walking distance of public transit such as Muni, Caltrain, and easily accessible to the 280 and 101. The apartment is also walking distance from many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, caf?, and ballpark. There are great trails along the channel, and a volleyball and basketball court nearby.

I have a sweet 6-month-old Australian Shepard so I am looking for someone who loves dogs.

I am looking for someone that is chill and laid back, but also doesn't mind having company over for dinners and hitting the bars once in a while.

A little about me:
I am originally from Tel-Aviv but I have been in the Bay Area for 7 years now. Before coming to California I traveled around South America for 3 years and settled in Colombia to open a business. I currently own a construction business with my older brother and spend most of my week driving around to various projects here in the Bay. During my spare time, I play soccer and I am in a couple leagues here in the city. I also snowboard, play the guitar, hike with my puppy, and travel when I can.
