Sunny, Furnished Room In Popular Mission

I'm renting a sunny, small, furnished room at 1247 Potrero Avenue, available January 1. This room rents for $1800. But if you don't need the kitchen (which doubles as my home office), I will reduce the rent to $800. This includes wifi, washer/dryer/utilities. Several inexpensive cafes and restaurants are within a block of the house and you will have fridge access. This section of the popular Mission neighborhood is close to BART, downtown SF, and the freeway South towards Silicon Valley. Street parking is relatively easy for San Francisco.

The room has a large window and varnished hardwood floors. The condo features a beautiful backyard garden, storage for bikes, and a very clean bathroom. No pets please.

Lease is month-to-month, with a 2-month commitment. Move-in cost is first month's rent plus $1500 security deposit. Feel free to email me with any questions. I want to rent it ASAP.
