Master Bedroom in Potrero/Mission Disctrict

My roommate is moving out of San Francisco and am looking for someone to take over his room.

The available bedroom is a nice size with a private bathroom and balcony with lots of light. It is on the 5th floor with great views of the city. 360 view of San Francisco on the rooftop with WiFi, grills, tv, and hammocks. Street parking is pretty easy to find, but there is also a parking garage. Looking to lease as early as March 4th, but can be flexible on the move-in dates and pro-rate the rent.

Rent is $2000 + utility which is split with roommate.

Location is great, just a short walk to the Mission, downtown, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Fitness SF. 9 and 9R bus pick up on the same block and takes you all the way up Market Street. Also close to tech shuttles.

I am male in my 30's. Pretty low key, clean, quiet, and contentious. My work week is Tuesday-Saturday. Typically get home around 7 or 8PM on weeknights for a little hulu. I also host a game night once per month.

Looking for a non-smoking roommate, quiet, clean, likes cats, doesn't party at home, social, and LGBT friendly.
