Our home is composed of a couple and a recently graduated Grad student. All work with kids and value a roommate with a sense of how to live with others respectfully. Good communication, mellow vibe, clean up after yourself, not too loud after hours and you will fit right in.

Room is large, with half bath down the hall from room that is mostly yours, in room fire place and picture window looking out on park and trees.

This is a six month sublet with a possibility for longer rental. If you like to garden, or cook as you gaze out on the garden, this is the place for you. There is are lots of amazing restaurants in walking distance, cafes and food stores near by. Very close to BART, Bernal hill and all that is cool and fun in the Mission.
