Room in Modern Mission Apt

We have a roommate moving out and we're looking for someone new for the room!

- The price is $2,150/mo + Internet & Power split between all of us. (We have Wave 1 gigabit down). The security deposit is 1.5x the rent.

- The room up for grabs is the largest room in the 3-bedroom apartment, but not the master. Has a large closet, heat, dimmable recessed lighting, and big windows that overlook Valencia Street! Bedroom is not furnished.

- Apartment is 2.5 bath, one in the master, one in the hallway, and the half downstairs in the living room. Main upstairs bathroom is shared with one roommate. Very clean, though. Bathroom has heat too and is nice and modern.

- Apartment is 2 floors and built in 2012. First floor is living room/kitchen and half bathroom. Second floor is all the bedrooms + other 2 bathrooms. Very insulated from neighbors which makes for a quiet place.

- Washer / Dryer in the apartment.

- Living room is big, furnished, has recessed lighting, and has a gas fireplace that comes in handy in the winter. A small balcony looks out at Valencia from there. Fully furnished.

- Kitchen has a ton of cabinet space, large refrigerator, gas double oven, quartz countertop, dish washer, and deep undermount sink. All in great condition, and we are very clean.

- We have a small backyard area, too.

- We're right on 18th and Valencia. Prime location near literally everything in the mission. Bart & Muni close by. (We take it to work every day)

- Don't use public transit? There is a parking spot in the building's garage at an additional cost.

- Two current roommates are both men in their 20s. We're clean, responsible, and laid back tech professionals who work in the city. Open to female roommates and people of all backgrounds!
