Studio size -2 room suite

This is a studio size private 2 room suite within a sunny Victorian flat. It is fully furnished with everything you need to get started including flat screen tv, bed, desk, couch and more. The rooms have high ceilings and big windows and fireplace. We share the bathroom and kitchen and washer/ dryer. The first two pictures are your private space and not shared with anyone else. The two rooms are attached together to make one large space or can be closed off via sliding ?parlor? doors.

I am very easy going, work a ton so not around as much as I would like. I am gone most weekends to my boyfriends house. I am a Pilates instructor and own a small studio in NOPA

Flat is above historic beer wine bar. Super cool place to hang out but does add noise for those very sensitive
I will consider couples for an additional fee.

There will be a second roommate in time, once the other room is finished.

I have a house cleaner that comes once a month to take care of the deep cleaning.

This flat is located above a historic beer wine bar, so there is noise at times. I have been living here for 11 years so am immune to any noise, but if your very sensitive this may not be for you.
