Hi ! We are subleting our beautiful room in the Mission. It is a big and sunny private room in a house with 5 amazing roommates (all in their late 20s). You'd be sharing a bathroom with one person (3 bathrooms in the house). The house has a washer dryer, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a backyard shared with the downstairs neighbors (also super sweet) sometimes we do bbq all together ! Rent is 60$ a night (ok for couples but the price may slightly change, to arrange with other roommates).
The neighborood is also amazing, so many bars and restaurants around and only 2 blocks away from the Bart (5 minutes walk).
