Hi,

I'm moving back home to be with my family. Normally rent is $1900, but I'm subleasing it out for $1700. Available June 1st or sooner. Open to short-term sublets.

There's a lot I'll miss about the room. Here are the highlights.

The Spacious, Sunny Room:
The room is 13 ft x 13 ft so it comfortably fits a queen bed, a desk, and a bookshelf. It also has its own shower-in-tub, toilet, and sink. In addition to the main room area, there's a private hallway and closet. The closet is spacious enough to accommodate countless costumes, jackets, workout equipment, and camping gear.

Fantastic Amenities:
Unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, roof deck, and patio. I loove the roof deck! You can get some fresh air and take in a quiet view of the city. Great way to take a break while sheltering in place.

Furnishing Just Right for the Room
Over the course of four years, I've accumulated just the right furnishing that turn the room into a home. Furnishing include a desk, mattress, book shelf, desk chair, two drawers, and a chest of drawers in the closet. Together they deliver spaciousness, utility, and comfort.

Convenient Location:
Location is in the Mission, one block from the 16th st BART stop at 15th and South Van Ness. We're 15 minutes from the Castro, and within walking of many great establishments in SoMa (Oasis, Rainbow Grocery, Fitness SF).

Room Mates:
Nabilla is a joy to be around. While not working as an email marketer and data analyst at Everlane, she likes to make wigs, watch youtube, and go on walks. Eric works as a developer at Benchling, where he builds the future of automated wetlab automation. He recently has been picking up cooking.

Shoes Off
Nabilla and Eric value the cleanliness of the house, so they always remove their shoes when entering, and are looking for a roommate who will do the same.

Parking
Parking is sometimes available in building for an additional fee of $300.
