Furnished Room in Newly Remodeled Mission Flat

We have a furnished room available now in a newly remodeled flat in a great location in the Mission. Flexible with move in and move out dates. Rent is $1600 and we can prorate for partial months after the first full month. We have 3 rooms available in a 5 bedroom/2 bathroom flat. Because of the current shelter in place order we are planning to do FaceTime meetings first.

If you're moving to San Francisco, our location is perfect for getting downtown, to the south bay, or just to explore the city. Our rooms are ideal for someone in the city short term, or moving to the city and not ready to sign a year lease before exploring the neighborhoods.

We have 5 bedrooms that share 2 bathrooms. Currently just 1 bedroom is occupied. The bedrooms and living room are fully furnished. We are looking for a sociable and drama-free person who will add to an easy-going and fun vibe. The house was recently renovated. Coin-operated laundry in the unit.

Great neighborhood - house is beside 24th Street shops, restaurants, and bars including Wise Sons and Philz. Five minute walk to BART, and we are close to 101 and 280. Street parking available around the neighborhood with permit. And many of the south bay company shuttles stop within a few blocks.

Rent includes everything: weekly housekeeping for bathrooms and common areas, all utilities, good wifi, cable, and household supplies such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

The room is available now, but we can be flexible with the move in and move out date (after the first full month). Rent is $1600/month for 1 room. The lease is month-to-month with a $500 security deposit. Only 7 day notice for move out. We will prorate partial months after the first month. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking inside. If the room is going to be shared by 2 people we have an additional charge of $400 per month.
