About the apartment: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom apartment that has been impeccably taken care of with living room, private deck. and sunny dine-in kitchen. Stellar amenities include: dishwasher, washer/dryer, bathtub, central heating, and separate shower & toilet room, and oh yeah - a HOT TUB, fig tree, and lemon tree in the BACKYARD! Common rooms are currently being furnished by current housemates.

Rent: $1625/month + 1/3 of utilities (internet, gas, electric, water and recycling/trash.) Your lease could start ASAP and go through the end of June 2022, possibility for a longer term lease.

About me: H (she/they): Mid-30s Jewish femme, teacher, Bay Area local, all around great human. Progressive intersectional feminist, straightforward, empathetic, gemini. I like to cook and eat, feed others, hang with friends, be cozy and watch netflix, go on adventures, do yoga, go dancing, spend time with my family, and I love my cat Lillen.

About Lillen: Ferocious princess cat, glamourpuss, long-haired 5-year old black kitty. Likes: tuna, munchies, cuddles at 2am, going inside and then outside and then inside again, hyper-vigilance. Dislikes: loud noises, sudden movements, other cats.

About M: mellow and friendly 3rd grade teacher. Lived in Oakland for many years and now residing in SF for the first time. Originally from Washington DC area. Feminist, progressive, antiracist, vegetarian, and very empathetic. Enjoys mini golf, flying kites, finding new takeout spots, watching streaming and warriors basketball, playing many sports and especially hiking.

About you: All genders welcome! Direct communicator with experience successfully sharing space with others. You get along well with cats and are excited to live with one. Maybe you work from home and it's enticing to have the place to yourself Mon-Fri late August through mid-June. You are either vegan, veg, or just down to not cook any pork or shellfish in the kitchen. You will take responsibility to help with household tasks and you like to laugh! Up for quiet hours starting around 9:30 p. m. on school nights. Be able to steadily pay rent and utilities. Can pass the background/credit check though the landlord.
