Description
We are looking for a trustworthy, clean, (preferably intelligent) female with high integrity to occupy the extra room upstairs. Two couples live downstairs. You will have the room upstairs along with some storage space right outside of it and your own bathroom. However, your bathroom does not have a shower so you will be able to shower in either of our bathrooms (which are very clean). This room is for a FEMALE PREFERRED. We’re also friendly. Move in available immediately. You will be splitting the utilities with us and we will require proof of income. We’re looking for someone to live here until August when our lease is up (we may stay or move.) $500 security deposit.
