Our apartment is a 4bd 2.5bath in a prime location in mission, near Valencia Street, and a short walk from 16th st BART! Rent is $1200 + utilities. The apartment is rent controlled. You’ll have your own room, plus a shared living room, kitchen, and extra room for a glam space and home office! Also includes in unit washer/dryer. All the appliances are brand new. Due to this apartment having no security deposit or furniture in it to contribute $1,200 to the decorating and furnishing budget. October and first half of November is rent free! This apartment has never been lived in after the remodel. We are doing the apartment in a glam meet’s retro meets art deco theme. Everything will be brand new. It will be super girly and the interior design will beautiful once it’s done. We are allowed to do what we want with apartment. Every person is allowed to claim a piece of furniture they want to keep when they leave since we are contributing. The lease is one year. We plan on throwing a lot of parties here and having people over the weekend, so she must be okay with that. We don’t want any live-in boyfriends this is like a female space, but we are happy for them to sleep over. We are chill. The interior design will special once it is complete. The lease is one year.
