I'm looking for a roommate to split my large 4-bedroom flat with. You will get two spacious rooms--half of the apartment.

About the place: Sunny flat in the heart of the vibrant Mission District. Hardwood floors throughout, large bay windows. Common areas are a shared kitchen, shared living room, split bathroom, and covered porch. Walking distance to many great coffee shops, restaurants, and parks.

About me: 40 year-old professional, male, work mostly from home. I have plenty of experience living with roommates from all walks of life. I am not a neat freak, but I like to keep the common areas clean.

Move-in date would be Sept. 1. The $1,875 rent includes gas, electric, garbage, and high-speed Internet. A deposit of $1,875 is required in addition to first month's rent. No couples please--this is a sublet of half of a 4-bdrm for one person only--perfect for a bedroom and your own private home office/living room.
