Seeking Room Swap for New York Brooklyn Apartment

I have a nice, sunny, two bedroom apartment in the Mission District of San Francisco where I live alone.

What I'd like to find is a person living in Brooklyn in the same situation. I would offer one of the rooms in my apartment for one of the rooms in yours, and we could each live bicoastal lives and travel between the two cities as we please.

We could either split the total rent for both or simply swap the rooms.

I'm a 38 year old artist, musician and computer programmer. I tend to be quiet and reserved when I'm at home and like to keep my place tidy. I live with a wonderful cat named Mabel, but taking care of her wouldn't necessarily be your responsibility if you were here while I was in New York--my neighbor loves her and watches her often.
