Private Room in Nob Hill from Aug. 13 - Sept. 22

I am temporarily subleasing my private room in Nob Hill for around a month and a half (August 13th - September 22nd, but dates are flexible). The lease starts this week but my position in the city does not begin until late September, so that is why I am looking to wait to move in until I start working.

The house in Nob Hill is four bedrooms and one bathroom. You would be sharing the house with three guys, all 22 years old and recently college graduates. Rent is around $1,400 per month, so I would charge around $2,000 for the month and a half of subleasing. Gas and water is paid by the landlord, and electricity and garbage is split evenly between the four tenants.

The room is empty in the pictures, but will have a bed and a desk in it during the lease period. The house itself is on the second floor of a quiet street, walking distance to North Beach, Russian Hill, Chinatown and the Financial District.
