Large Sunny Room for Rent in Nob Hill area

I live in a beautiful, sunny 2br/1ba, apt in Nob Hill. My amazing roommate unfortunately has to move out on July 31st so I'm looking to replace him with an equally wonderful roommate.

About me: I'm a 33 year old, chill, professional gay guy who works in the Financial District. I spend a lot of time at work but enjoy exploring new restaurants and bars in the city with friends in my free time. I'm not much of a homebody but I do love to cook so I typically make a nice meal at home about once or twice a week.

I'm looking for a similarly fun, chill, clean, professional roommate who's looking for a shared apartment.

The apartment is located in Nob Hill on Washington St. near the Chinatown side of Nob Hill. I work on the far side of the Financial District and it only takes me about 15 minutes to walk to work so it's convenient for anyone working downtown.
It's also a short walk to the awesome restaurants in North Beach and Chinatown, shopping in Union Sq., and the Trader Joe's on Hyde.

The room is very spacious and sunny with hardwood floors and an obnoxious amount of closet space. It is fully furnished but I'm happy to accomodate a roommate who wants to bring in any of their own furniture and make it their own.

Other ammenities for the building include a washer and drier in the basement (free wash, $1 dry), and a glorious roof deck with great views of downtown, North Beach, and Nob Hill.

Proof of good credit and/or a job offer proving salary will be required. The monthly rent is set at $1465 plus utilities which are 60 dollars per month. The room is available on August 1st and the security deposit is one month's rent ($1465).
