Our Nob Hill House is at the heart of the popular, historic Nob Hill neighborhood. We chose Nob Hill because it?s at the center of the action, a short commute from downtown and with plenty of entertainment options nearby. Transit links abound, with several bus stops, BART and a cable car station in close proximity and downtown within easy walking distance.

Our Nob Hill House is a lively community of 14 private and shared rooms, with spacious common areas including a kitchen and living room. Members enjoy an expansive backyard as well as plenty of space for co-working and socializing.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are 14 bedrooms in the Nob Hill House with a choice of private or shared rooms, depending on availability and your price range.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms in the Nob Hill House, so you?ll never have to wait.
Also included: toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers, so there's no need to bring your own.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The Nob Hill House also has a washer and dryer where members can do their laundry for free in the comfort of their own home.
Security: 24/7 security in all common areas, as well as lockers.

LOCATION
This coliving house is located in the beautiful Nob Hill neighborhood, filled with historic buildings, leafy parks and entertainment options, within a short commute to downtown.

The Nob Hill House is a 19-minute walk to Union Square and a 16-minute walk to Civic Center. The closest BART station is Civic Center, while both the California St. & Larkin St. stop on the cable car and a local bus stop are all just a 2-minute walk away, which means you can be in the Financial District in under 15 minutes. The house is also a walking distance from the Market St. and 5th St. Muni stop.

THE SPACE
This newly renovated space features hardwood floors and updated appliances. The kitchen and common areas are massive compared to the average San Francisco apartment, with everything from a large living area to a spacious backyard included, all furnished with everything you?ll need for work and play.
