THE BEDROOMS
Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are 14 bedrooms in the Nob Hill House with a choice of private or shared rooms, depending on availability and your price range.
* Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
* Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.
THE KITCHENS/DINING ROOM
The large kitchen features updated appliances, with plenty of counter space for cooking on your own or with a group, and of course a spacious fridge. There is also a large dining table which can be used for eating, socializing or co-working. The kitchen is the center of potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine.
* Amenities include a gas stove, stainless-steel fridge, microwave, large sinks, a coffee maker, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
* Also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, olive oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
* Security: 24/7 security in all common areas.
THE CO-WORKING SPACE
The large kitchen serves as the principal common area for the Nob Hill House. This open-plan room features a large dining table with ample room for co-working and you can also use the desk space throughout the house and within the bedrooms for your remote working needs. This space also includes a printer (paper and ink included) to make sure you'll always be ready to be productive.
THE BATHROOMS
We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms in the Nob Hill House, so you?ll never have to wait.
* Also included: toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers, so there's no need to bring your own.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The Nob Hill House also has a washer and dryer where members can do their laundry for free in the comfort of their own home.
* Security: 24/7 security in all common areas, as well as lockers
The Nob Hill House features a spacious backyard where members can socialize, including an ample seating area and a grill for the warmer months. This is the perfect place to read a book or get to know your roommates on beautiful California days.
