We have a two-bedroom apartment in the Nob Hill area, looking for one roommate to move to the other bedroom available. The room has large closet space and comes furnished with a nice bed frame and mattress, and an Ikea desk. Utilities and cleaning service included.

Its a 2 bedroom apartment, currently occupied by a nice couple, with a single bathroom, that means three will be sharing 1 bathroom and kitchen. It hasn't been a problem with any past roommates, all that it means is we have spent that extra 5 mins to clean up and keep it nice for everyone else.

The living room is completely furnished with Italian design furniture. The apartment building is near Polk street, conveniently located to many restaurants, bars, and cafes.
Rent would be $1,300 a month, utilities and internet included and maid twice a month included as well.
