Fully Furnished Bedroom and Home Office

These are hard times to make big decisions and we are going to be in this together. I have a lovingly designed home that I would like to share with a like-minded person as we wade through all the uncertainty of 2020.

What I offer is a furnished bedroom and a mixed-use (dining) room as a home office in a cozy Noe Valley flat. If and when we can invite friends for dinner it would be nice to use the office/dining room to host. The bright sunny room with the orange chair is the one I would convert to an office. The room with the black headboard is warmer and has a closet. I use the living room as my home office which is also the guest room when needed.

I have lived with 2 roommates for the last few years but with being home full-time it's more comfortable with just one roommate.

A little about me, I am mostly working from home as a project manager for a catering company as well as doing some freelance design work. I enjoy cooking and keep a fully stocked pantry. Have been working on my gardening skills but mostly just appreciate having some private outdoor space to enjoy.
