Trader Joe's is about a 6 minute walk. Cross streets are Mason & Columbus.

This is a 6 month lease starting March 1st, but completely flexible if sooner is needed. Utilities are not included in the $1,725, but they are about $50 per month.

Bathroom is shared with one roommate who lives abroad for part of the year for months at a time. The bedroom currently fits a queen bed with a large side table and a desk.
