• The apartment is home to a friendly cat, Mr. Black. There is no indoor cat litterbox.
About Me: I'm a data scientist at an insurance company and have been a resident of San Francisco for approximately 8 years. I typically work from home. I appreciate all the cultural and recreational opportunities the city has to offer and really enjoy living in North Beach.
Ideal Roommate: I'm seeking a responsible roommate who values cleanliness in shared living spaces.
Rent Details:

• Security Deposit: $2,850
• Lease Term: A one-year commitment, with the option for month-to-month afterward.
