Baker apt

The apt is a lg 2 bedroom 2 bath with balcony. There are sky lights that illuminate the apt as you enter with windows in most rooms to really set off the place. There is tons of art to razzle dazzle it with color.
The room that is for rent is between the kitchen and master bedroom. All windows in the apt are west facing. We get reflective light in the early morning and direct sunlight in the afternoon.
I work in the wine industry so i work Friday-Monday. I do art Tuesday-Thursday. So a person would have lots of alone time on the weekends
