We have a private bedroom and shared bathroom for rent (month-month) in our 3 bed/2 bath 2,000 square foot apartment in NOPA. Looking for a renter through the summer and potentially beyond! We are a block from Divisadero in the heart of this casually cool neighborhood?with a variety or restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques just feet away. Alamo Square Park is around the corner and The Pan Handle is just a half mile away! The apartment is equipped with central heating, a washer and dryer and the common areas are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and gas stove. We have a large private patio with a garden. The apartment has a gate in front which keeps packages secure! Street parking is available and easy with a residential parking permit for an annual fee of about $100.

The room for rent fits comfortably a queen bed, desk, dresser with a good amount of open space to spare. It has a closet too. You will share a full-sized bathroom. There is an option for a private bathroom if you want to pay more. Rent is $1,597/mo and PGE is an estimated $80 and internet is $30.

Current tenants are 2 professionals in their late 30's, one female, one male and a fun-loving cat! Unfortunately no other pets are allowed. Looking for a tenant who will be respectful of the household and those in it. You must have good house hygiene!
